Seal-Clean by JanSan Manufacturing Co. is a semi-permanent acrylic base sealer for tile and grout. This professional quality product fills in pores in tile and grout and offers a beautiful low level gloss. Provides streak free results and protection qualities to help prevent staining and buildup on tile & grout. Application of this product allows easier future maintenance and cleaning.

Directions for use:
Make sure tile & grout has been stripped of any previous finish and is clean and dry before using this product.

Cleaning Tips
Sealing Tile & Grout: You may seal both tile & grout when working with porous tile. Apply undiluted product with a lambs wool, microfiber, or other sponge or mop specifically designed for use with seal or finish. Completely cover the tile & grout with an even coat. Allow 30 minutes to dry. You may apply a 2nd coat if necessary. Covers up to 2500 sq.ft.

Sealing Grout Only: If the tile is non-porous (has baked-in shinny finish already on the tile), the sealer will not adhere to the tile surface. Thus, seal the grout lines only. Apply undiluted product on the grout lines using a sponge or other detailing type tool. If product gets on tile, wipe off with clean towel.
